An invitation for folks looking to follow the thread of integration back to self ~ Join therapists Maria and Cecily for a 4-week online group that offers structured reflection and creative processing for integrating altered states of consciousness — whether through psychedelics, dreams, travels, archetypes, or symbolic experiences. It is often difficult to create the space needed for integrating these experiences and this group is intended to be a container to live into the wisdom that has been gathered. We will be rooted in connection to ourselves and our peers while utilizing practices in mindfulness and ritual. Join us on the journey of deepening self-understanding, expanding present-moment awareness, and embodying our emerging truths. Together, we’ll honor personal meaning-making while grounding into wholeness and community.

The Grasshopper - $222 - the cost of this group
The Mushroom - $160 - for those needing some extra financial support and students
