Yoga Teacher Training

Immersive study program to deepen your personal practice and empower you to share yoga with clarity, confidence, and integrity. This training weaves ancient traditions with modern science — exploring Karma, Hatha, Tantra, meditation, pranayama, and Ayurveda and the intersection of mindfulness, anatomy, neurophysiology, and trauma-informed care.

Through mentorship, practicum, and community, you’ll explore yoga as a lived practice — one that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit while expanding your creativity, compassion, and capacity to support others. Graduates are eligible for 200-hour RYT certification.
